We are currently recruiting for Year 4 Teacher based in Bexley for a full time temporary role starting immediately for the rest of the academic year.
This is a full time position where planning has been prepared, however all marking is expected to be completed along with all other Teaching duties.

In their last Ofsted, the school was given Good with outstanding behaviour.
This is a larger than average, two form entry, popular School. They enjoy a friendly town location while being within distance of the countryside. This school has a very friendly feel, excellent community and family involvement, an established and happy team of staff.

The child
The children are from a diverse cultural background and there are a small proportion of EAL. Children at the school enjoy a wide and varied curriculum, and thrive in the creative school environment. Children are engaged and excited by the innovative curriculum provided.

The job
We are looking for an outstanding year 4 Primary Teacher. There is an emphasis on English and Mathematics, all children are well taught and make good progress in these core skills. Teachers with English or Maths as their core subject would be of most interest.
The school is keen to see applications from QTS and NQT teachers however they are keen to see those with a KS2 focus, particularly within year 4.
- Proven Key Stage 2 experience
- Strong Literacy skills and knowledge of phonics would be an advantage
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
