Are you passionate about delivering sales and profit growth through effective management of distributors? Do you thrive on opening new markets within EMEA for globally recognised personal care and over-the-counter brands? Look no further as Church & Dwight UK Ltd have two exciting opportunities for talented Export Sales Managers to join our team.

Amongst other things, you will develop and implement the marketing activity calendar with the distributors, manage all aspects of Region P&L including the marketing and trade investment and motivate, challenge and support existing distributors to maximize sales and profit growth.

ROLE 1: Export Manager (OTC Brands)

Location:
Folkestone / Kent

Managing a portfolio of OTC brands such as STERIMAR, GRAVOL, OVOL, RUB, REPHRESH, REPLENS & ORAJEL, you will be responsible for building businesses in key markets within EMEA by identifying and appointing the best distribution partners across our OTC brands.

The person we are looking for will have:

  • A proven track record internationally with experience of building businesses in EMEA
  • 10+ years at Export Account Management experience in the OTC Pharma sector
  • An international mindset and fluent in English (essential) and French (desirable)
  • A good knowledge and experience of marketing and brand building activities
  • The ability to lead a small Customer Service team

ROLE 2: Export Manager (Southern & Eastern Europe/Turkey)
Competitive Salary + car allowance and bonus

Location: Folkestone / Kent

Managing a portfolio of Church & Dwight global brands including BATISTE, TROJAN, ARM & HAMMER, NAIR & OXICLEAN, you will be responsible for building businesses in key markets within Southern & Eastern Europe by identifying and appointing the best distribution partners for our Global brands.

The person we are looking for will have:

  • A proven track record internationally with experience of building businesses in the appropriate geographical regions.
  • Considerable proven Export Account Management experience in the FMCG sector
  • Multichannel FDM experience
  • Good knowledge and experience of marketing and brand building activities
  • An international mindset and fluent in English (essential) and Russian/Italian/Spanish (desirable)

For both roles, you must be prepared to work from our offices in South-East Kent at least 9 days per month and be willing to travel internally up to 50% of the time.
