An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Planner/Administrator to join us at our office based in Dartford.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the daily issuing of new jobs in filters to operatives and sub-contractors including emergencies as and when received.

You will book any follow-on works, Check for Materials, More Time Required etc and will liaise with Supervisors, Managers, Team leaders & CSA's.  Whilst adding audit notes to all jobs, you will issue work to sub-contractors, will process payments and complete jobs down and will make sure all correct costings are on.

In addition, you will be expected to add/amend times for payroll, chase aged jobs as well as carrying out telephone/Audit Surveys.  Furthermore, you will carry out general admin duties including scanning and photocopying.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have previous experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment, coupled with experience of working with computerised systems, including data entry and calculations. With a calm and professional telephone manner, you will also have the organisational skills necessary to manage and organise your own workload.
