We are a stairlift company currently looking for an office administrator to join our friendly office in West Kingsdown, Kent.

The successful applicant would have responsibility for their own contracts/companies and build a good working relationship with them. Experience is not necessary as training will be given.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Emails (using an Apple Mac)
- Photocopying
- Dealing with enquiries
- Making appointments
- Managing the diary
- Quoting for repair work
- Reporting on our Autovu system
- Invoicing
- Chasing outstanding payments etc.

Hours for this role are 9-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9-4.30pm on Fridays with half hour lunch and tea breaks! 28 days holiday, including bank holidays.

Salary is ??15,392 whilst training, increasing to ??16,392 after probation (usually 3 months). Further increases planned.
