Leading facilities management company based in North Kent, is seeking an Accounts Executive/ Bookkeeper. Must have experience in SAGE 50 and in operating the CIS scheme.

Accounts Executive/ Bookkeeper role is focused on the smooth running of the accounts for the company.

Tasks will include:
- Bank reconciliation
- Paying suppliers/ contractors
- Work with outsourced Payroll team and pay wages
- Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments
- Sales and purchase ledgers (keeping these updated)
- Processing Nominal and VAT Reports
- Preparing P&L reports for Managing Director
- Liaising with clients and team to ensure the smooth running of the company accounts
- Importing data from Excel to SAGE
- Importing data from JobLogic (training provided) to SAGE
- Operating and managing the CIS scheme
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing

Accounts Executive/ Bookkeeper will liaise with all levels of the business, and work alongside the Managing Director to ensure the smooth running of the company's accounting system.

You Will Have:
- Proven working experience in an accounts team, preferably within the facilities management industry.
- Working knowledge of SAGE 50
- Proficiency in managing the CIS scheme
- Strong organisational and communications skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software - Excel, Word and Email to a high standard
- Able to demonstrate examples of advanced trouble shooting and multi-tasking

Desirable
- Knowledge of Job Logic (training provided)
- Experience of the facilities management industry
