I am currently working with a client in Sevenoaks who are hiring for experienced Site Managers for temporary vacancies. The client is a respected main contractor in the industry and delivers high profile projects across the UK. The role will involve managing the internal finishing works on a high spec care home. Previous experience in a similar role is desired. Duties: Proven site management skills overseeing snagging and finishing Main point of contact with the client/sub-contractors on site Responsible for the highest quality of workmanship in all areas on site Responsible for scheduling and driving productivity on site Promote a high health & safety awareness throughout the site Relevant administrating to be collated and appropriate site records to be maintained Regular liaison and coordination with sub-contractors on site Control of works on site in conjunction with other members of site management team Commercial awareness and control on site Awareness of programme constraints and driving works to meet targets Ensuring the site is left safely when handed over Candidate Profile: Previous experience in a similar role Significant Managerial experience Able to maintain a positive and safe working environment for site based staff This job was originally posted as
