Service Support Manager This role is playing a key part in leading and motivating the Customer Service and Operational departments within this global organisation. You will be responsible for the strategy, leadership and implementation of improvements, policies and documentation across technical support and customer service team, ensure ITIL best practices are being met. The role will involve working across the business with managers, clients and other 3rd party suppliers so you will need to possess strong communication skills as well as the following experience:- Strong ITIL knowledge, ideally foundation and service certified Have a strong understanding of technical support and customer service operations Knowledge of MS Office and CRM applications Have a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques Strong experience of managing people and developing teams This job was originally posted as
