Alongside their commitment to continuously getting better at what they do, internal communication is also key to navigating a period of change. They currently have a well-developed and established internal communications strategy and function. You will be responsible for successfully continuing to deliver high quality internal communications. You will take responsibility for relationships with their senior team and colleagues in their broader Corporate Affairs team as well as working with a range of external suppliers. This is a high visibility role within the business and you will be required to work closely with a number of teams in order to understand and respond to their needs. You will be an experienced leader and manager with a proven track record of delivering internal communications strategies and culture change programmes and be available at short notice.
