WE are : Looking for all level of Chefs to join our very busy restaurant in Brentwood, Essex. A very successful family owned/run business that excels in offering high end Turkish and Mediterranean dishes and is always looking for new and energetic staff to compliment the high standards that are necessary to keep us where we are and to help push those standards further. Offering Salary depending on experience. Minimum 40 hours per week. We are arranging interviews now- so please send your CV. YOU are : Capable of following and where necessary issuing orders. Able to produce a good level of food preparation to a high standard unsupervised. Flexible with working hours. Team player. Have a minimum of 2 years experience in catering kitchens. Be flexible to be able to learn various sections of the kitchen. Willing to learn new skills and adapt. Offer full support to Head chef where and when needed.
