About the Territory Sales Manager job The focus of the role is promoting a leading respiratory brand across primary and secondary care. Working closely with an Integrated Healthcare Manager you will have responsibility for driving the account plans for your local area to achieve appropriate usage of your product. You will be working across the entire network of respiratory customers, including GP's, Consultants, Nurses and Pharmacists - providing education and support around the use of the product. From organising and hosting clinical promotional sales meetings to individual customer meetings, your influence over the prescribers, influencers or decision makers in your territory will all contribute to sales targets. About you You will develop strong customer relationships built on your understanding of their needs and environment and you will establish your credibility by working in partnership with customers to achieve mutually beneficial goals. You will demonstrate a high degree of knowledge within your specialist therapy area and employ a range of promotional tactics to successfully develop prescribing among the customers you work with. You will build strong business plans and deliver effectively against them. You'll be a great team player and share knowledge and best practice with the wider team. Essential Requirements: The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a sales role. We will consider graduate calibre candidates who have fully researched the role and have a real desire to break into the industry. Trainee candidates must have an in depth understanding of the NHS and the pharmaceutical industry and demonstrate a high level of drive and track record in delivering results in a targeted environment. This is a top performing sales territory that needs a skilled, hard working sales professional to maintain and grow from an established baseline. Experience pharmaceutical applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to work across a wide network of customers to drive business.
