Supported Living Manager - Maidstone

As a Supported Living Manager you will be responsible for the development and delivery of an excellent operational service including; the provision and monitoring of person centred services, responsibility for the effective supervision of staff delivering services within the Scheme, to work effectively with external agencies to promote the work of the service and to increase referrals, to complete individual care assessments as well as general administrative duties such as the management of health and safety policies. Person Specification of a Supported Living Manager; - A desire and passion to motivate and lead a team - A minimum qualification of NVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care - Highly experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities - A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle Clarte Recruitment are working as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
