This role will join Lifestyle Benefits arm of the business on a fixed term basis to cover Maternity. The role will work primarily over 2 group companies within the Lifestyle Benefits Division which are Lounge Key Limited (LK) and Worldwide Travel Concierge Limited (WWTC). The Financial Controller will be responsible for the preparation preparation of the monthly Management Accounts for the two businesses. Client Details Based in Haywards Heath Description Credit Card and invoice processing, VAT and Tour Operator Margin Scheme (TOMS) analysis and returns. Responsible for checking and reconciling all General Ledger Detail reports (GLD's) under these legal entities and revenue reports with credit card reports and the posting of subsequent sales and receipts to the accounting system. Reconciling and posting monthly suspense revenues in the finance system. Creation and set up of new codes for GLD processing. Preparation of monthly client and visit stats and KPI's. Responsible for the preparation of management accounts and ensuring that all revenues and costs are accurately reported, Processing, reconciling and agreeing lounge billing reports and ensuring sales invoices are raised correctly. Processing of any sales provisions, accruals and work in progress. Process all nominal ledger items accurately and timely. Responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of all Balance Sheet accounts. Calculation of all prepayments and accruals and updating the finance system. Monthly group intercompany reconciliations and agreement with other group companies. Monthly 3rd party, nominal and intercompany revaluations. Profile Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) Advanced Microsoft Office Skills especially Excel, Macro's and MS Access Databases experience is essential. Must have an understanding and application of the Tour Operators Margin Scheme and European Land Based and General Rule VAT. Excellent IT skills, accuracy, good communication skills.
