You will lead visits with retail partners and build strong relationships with store staff training them on the client's latest innovations. You will also provide valuable retailer insight and ultimately help drive product sales. Responsibilities: Training retail professionals on the client's brand, handset features and benefits Use customer insights to provide compelling reasons to recommend our client's brand. Manage brand ambassador recruitment, engagement and productivity within your territory Report, rectify and recommend solutions for visual merchandising Organising and managing localised sales incentives Creating theatre at call centre events Social media content management Relationship management Data capture & report production Keep abreast of the mobile market and maintain knowledge of competitor and partner’s activity Person specification: Graduate calibre with a minimum of 6 months Sales/Retail/Training experience ideally within the mobile industry You enjoy interacting with new people and influencing their opinions You communicate through social media You love a challenge You take ownership for your targets and set stretching goals to motivate yourself You are upbeat and passionate about everything you do You are creative and innovative You build relationships quickly and are very personable Full Manual UK Driving Licence Preferred experience: Mobile phone retail Mobile phone field team Technology / considered purchase field experience Electrical retail Performing arts If you feel you want to be part of something big and exciting and want your contribution to make a tangible difference then this is the role you have been looking for.
