Parts Collection Co-ordinator - Permanent position - Competitive salary - up to £20,000p/a - Based in Ashford - Kent - Fantastic career prospects - Ongoing training and support Our client, who are the market leaders in what they do are recruiting for a Parts Co-ordinator to join their team on a full time, Permanent basis. Working from their Ashford site you will be responsible for ensuring all Customers/Service Engineers visiting the collection point receive excellent customer service, focusing on quality and efficiency to meet agreed SLA`s Collection Point: - First point of contact for customers at the Collection Point - Answering queries, both in person and over the phone - Providing a positive first impression of the business at all times - Organise and consolidate all orders to ensure customer leaves with a complete and accurate order in a timely manner Warehouse: - Ensure all parts returned are inspected in accordance with company guidelines. - Work alongside warehouse to ensure inspected items are packed and at least one shipment processed a week - To ensure deliveries to the collection point are easily accessible for customers/Engineers - Work Co-operatively with the Engineers and Service Supervisor - Loading and unloading of freight, following the correct safety procedures at all times - Provide coverage at other regional collections points when required Customer Service: - Ensure customer requests are actioned promptly, advising them of any delays which may occur. - Manage backorders for outstanding orders, Liaising with suppliers, salespeople and supply chain. - Ensure all returns are inspected and processed on the system in accordance with the companies policy - working alongside the warehouse to ensure returns are put away and receipted within 24 hours of inspection - Ensure all information is updated onto the system accurately - Collection of payments from cash sale customers, handling and management of the petty cash. - Actively promote other offers within the business to customers using the collection point. - Resolve any customer delivery queries between the sales and supply to maintain positive customer relationships. The person: - Previous Warehouse experience - MHE Licences - FLT preferred - Excellent Customer Service skills - Preferably customer facing - Excellent Communication skills - Flexibility and adaptability to different types of work - Team Player If you are interested please email your CV and covering letter along with your current notice period and salary expectations.
