Within this role you must demonstrate a passion for people, know what is needed to deliver exceptional customer service and be accurate and methodical in your work. You will have three main areas of responsibility around our People, The Guest and Compliance. Our People You will be responsible for compiling and advertising all job vacancies on the hotel website and relevant job boards and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through to hiring, supporting the management team in the recruitment process. You will be issue all HR paperwork including, contracts of employment, references. Maternity and paternity and the input of employee data into our payroll system. You will assist in the induction and training of new team members and support managers with HR issues such as discipline and grievance. You will also be required to act as a liaison with the Area Support HR Team and submit HR data on a monthly basis to the Regional Team. You will support the General Manager and Operations Manager with general administrative tasks. Our Guests You will respond in a professional and timely manner to all guest correspondence including enquiries and complaints Compliance You will report on all legislative areas on the hotel compliance system coordinating responses from the HOD team The ideal candidate will have real passion for people and for great customer service. Ideally from the hospitality sector and with a real interest in HR, you may have held an administrative role previously. You will have strong IT and people skills particularly with regard to Microsoft office programmes and previous knowledge of Fourth Hospitality system would be an advantage.
