Role: Registered Domiciliary Manager Location: Dagenham Area Type: Permanent Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience Our client, a domiciliary care provider based in the Dagenham area, is currently recruiting for a registered manager. Our client is a business that is very well run and need someone to join them in their plans for growth. The role of Registered Manager requires someone who can efficiently manage the day to day running of the business, allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality home-care to customers within budget. Your role: Leading and managing staff on a day-to-day basis To manage recruitment and effective development of care staff. Be responsible for the development and operational performance of staff and carers out in the field. Promoting high standards of care and ensuring quality standards are maintained in all parts of the business. Be compassionate towards people and families in need of home care. You will be/have: NVQ Level 5 Health and Social Care/Level 4 and Registered Manager Award Knowledge of CQC standards and evidence of implementing these in a previous position Experience of a management role in the care industry Ability to understand budgets Able to provide senior management with reports Send your CV in to apply for the Registered Domiciliary Manager role if you are looking to join an already well established home care provider.
