Supervising Social Worker - Small IFA, Small Caseload My client, a small Independent Fostering Agency is searching for a new Supervising Social worker to join their offices in the Kent region and help continue delivering exceptional service to the children in care in the local area. Comprised of a small team of 4 permanent members, you'll help screen, assess, recruit and train future foster carers. Your caseload will consist of some existing carers, but you will display the ability to work autonomously in recruiting new foster carers. With the caseload being smaller than a Local Authority, you'll be able to quickly see results from the hard work and effort you put in to training the Potential Foster Carers (PFC) and the Children within Care.
