The school also needs psychology graduates to support SEN pupils. One particular boy, ASD & SEBD, who is in year 1 has had a great year and is really happy within the learning process. This young man has learnt to manage and works independently for great portions of the day. You will have to be on hand and ready to support this man when coping mechanisms falter.
