Wholesale Service Manager Location: Tunbridge Wells Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum Job type: Full time About our client: Our client are a multi award-winning drinks business on a mission to disrupt the industry. Primary tasks and responsibilities of the Wholesale Service Manager role: Management of the Wholesale Service team. Management of team training. Design, implement and maintain a team training calendar: upskilling and cross training where required. Collaborate and work in partnership with the Retail and Trade Managers to ensure constant communication between teams. Ensure that all touch points with our customers excels their expectations. Ensure the accurate dispatch of orders from multiple sites (both duty paid and under bond) and the successful delivery of these orders. Resolve any issues raised by both internal and external stakeholders. Communicate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of stock levels and correct products for each dispatched order. Provide and analyse weekly/monthly reports focusing on process and service improvements. Provide any further department support and assist with other set projects as and when requested. The successful candidate will: Have significant experience managing a customer service team at a senior level Be energetic, intelligent, dynamic and innovative. Put the team and the company first. Possess excellent communication skills. Thrive in an environment with a high degree of autonomy. Have strong logical, analytical and lateral thinking skills. Be comfortable with IT, including spreadsheets and Google Apps. It would be great if you: A full understanding of UK and international alcohol duty, VAT and experience dealing with HMRC Experience in shipping alcohol (duty paid and under bond) to ROW destinations and knowledge of paperwork and criteria involved in successful deliveries to these destinations The rewards are significant.
