QA Manager / Quality Assurance Manager - Operations - Financial Services We are working with an innovative and expanding wealth management business that is looking to hire a QA Manager to design, implement and oversee the Quality Control/Assurance programme for the operational side of the business. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a Greenfield / start up wealth management business where you will play a key role in its development. As such we are looking for people with the following attributes: - Proven Quality Assurance Experience gained within Financial Services Industry - Knowledge of specific regulations, legislation, governance and compliance frameworks within wealth management and investments. - Proactive attitude with experience and successful track record defining QA frameworks - Proven ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure - excellent social and interpersonal skills - Wealth management experience - Experience identifying training needs for a business and implementing training plans - The ability to identify continuous improvement strategies You will be responsible for - Implementing and developing quality assurance processes, including quality reporting procedures - Understanding the customer experience; tracking complaints and issues and make recommendations for management action to promote good practice. - Determining, agreeing and owning the in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications - Liaise with managers to design, plan, implement and monitor Quality Control programs that provide accurate quality metrics and root/cause analysis for improvement initiatives - Providing detailed analysis and MI of quality programmes and outcomes - Ensuring that regulatory requirements are met and maintained - Identifying training needs for any new operational processes or new staff - Producing training materials for ops specific needs, where relevant and in relation to the outcomes of quality programmes - Support operational staff through training (or arranging training) to ensure the quality of work is at the highest standard - Keep up to date with new developments in the ops arena and ensure that training is on the radar when there are new legislation and/or specific industry changes in regulations In return they offer an exciting and fast paced work environment, the chance to help build up a new wealth / investments business from scratch and an excellent salary and package.
