An excellent opportunity exists to join our Ashford based client within the Help desk team as a Technical support advisor. This role is for an initial 3 month temporary contract. The successful candidate will be part of a highly motivated and dedicated helpdesk team Your duties and responsibilities will include: Assisting new and existing clients technical queries Providing full detailed assistance to resolve the technical query Answering incoming customer calls Liaising with other internal departments Knowledge and skills: Have worked within a telephone based customer service / helpdesk role Excellent verbal and numeric skills Techically confident Must possess excellent customer service skills.
