We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team based at our Head Office in High Wycombe (Coronation Road, Cressex, High Wycombe, HP12 3TZ). This is a pivotal role within the team, providing administrative support to our large team who are based across the UK. You will be responsible for a range of activities from course booking, facilities management, maintaining training records etc. We are also in the process of implementing a new Learning Management System (LMS) and the successful candidate will be at the forefront of supporting this new systems integration. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working as part of a large, friendly and busy team. As many of the colleagues this role is support are field based you will sometimes have to think outside the box and problem solve to ensure you are able to offer the appropriate support. We are seeking someone with an excellent attention to detail, the ability to work to deadlines and who enjoys being part of a busy and energetic team. Hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm - Full time / permanent The Role: You will responsible for planning, promoting all Learning and Development (L&D) programmes within Biffa with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service. As an L&D Administrator you will provide admin support for those responsible for training across the business including collation of feedback data You will ensure accurate, detailed training records are kept. As an L&D Administrator you are the central point of contact responsible for maintaining relationships across the business, both internally and externally. You will be heavily involved in developing, implementing and evaluating new processes and systems You will provide reports on training volumes, cancellations, feedback data and other training initiatives as appropriate. More about the role: This role provides support to the whole L&D team including technical, Management and Leadership, Sales, Operational Excellence, Customer Services and Vocational Qualifications. The role holder must ensure the efficient planning and execution of training programmes at all times and gather feedback data for analysis and reporting purposes. The role includes preparing materials for participants and trainers, organising venues where appropriate and ensuring all training events are recorded on the relevant systems to meet our compliance requirements. About you: The ideal candidate will have experience and strengths in maintaining detailed records, following established processes and supporting customers and colleagues as required. You will have excellent Excel skills is essential for this role. They will need to be highly organised, consistent and self-motivated. Attention to detail will be crucial.
