Our client is a constantly expanding commercial cleaning company with over two decades of supplying a premium cleaning service to customers across all business sectors throughout London and the South East. They are currently searching for a Business Development Manager with a proven background to join the team and focus on winning new business. We’re looking for someone with experience selling similar Commercial and Office cleaning contracts with evidence of securing a high level of new business sales. They’ll need an excellent knowledge of tendering and the sales process and the capability to see the sales process through all stages, from lead generation, financial metrics, proposal creation all the way through to contract signature. Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for the sales of the company services in Central London and Home Counties. • Generate new business and hit realistic and driven targets. • Promoting the company through telesales and direct marketing ventures. • Drive profitable growth in the winning of new business. • Liaising with new and current customers and listening intently to their requirements. • Site surveying, production of quotations and tender documents. • Negotiating price, costs and specifications with Buyers and Managers. • Prompting action of sales leads as directed by the Director. • Completion of accurate weekly sales reports.
