Transaction Manager - Debt Finance As a Transaction Manager, you'll play a leading role in our dedicated Debt Finance function. We'll look to you to structure, negotiate and execute corporate and sponsor loans, ensuring that funds are available to suit a wide range of needs for our customers. You'll be at the heart of our Corporate lending, touching more deals than any other team in the market, dealing regularly with senior colleagues across the business - making this an excellent opportunity to progress. As a Transaction Manager, your main responsibilities will involve: - Actively shaping transactions, applying your expertise and leveraging existing market data and information - Joining deal team discussions with clients, Origination and Credit, and acting as an intermediary for internal stakeholders where necessary - Leading discussions on term sheets and mandate letters, focussing on our clients' unique needs - Negotiating deal terms, and managing transactions from start to finish, escalating any issues that require senior attention - Ensuring loans are approved, and that handover from the front office takes place in an efficient, timely manner As a Transaction Manager, your skills and qualifications will include: - An understanding of, and ability to keep up with market conditions and trends - The analytical competence to resolve and minimise credit and legal risk - Strong influencing and negotiation skills - Experience in project-based work while managing internal stakeholders - A commitment to taking ownership of issues, supporting your team and encouraging collaboration The Benefits: Our customers deserve the best.
