Insurance company is seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to provide support at their offices in Maidstone

This is a temporary position to start ASAP for circa 6 weeks and will pay circa GBP10 per hour.

The Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for providing a Front of House service to all visitors to the offices. Duties include:

- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional manner - issuing security passes and letting the host know their guest has arrived.
- Answering calls and e-mails; transferring calls to the relevant people
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are set up
- Dealing with post, deliveries and couriers
- Ensure that Health and Safety policy is adhered to at all time,
- Ensuring the Reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times

The ideal Corporate Receptionist will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:

- Experience of working front of house in a corporate environment
- Experience of using a switchboard
- A Proactive communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills
- MS office skills
